Naiada has been a professional tour guide for Sabancı University’s Gender Forum in 2015. As a Cultural Studies graduate, she put together a very special Istanbul tour, where the guests can experience the multicultural heritage, gastronomy scene and nightlife of Istanbul.
As Naiada Dance Art, I picked up my Brazilian guests from Istanbul Airport. I made with my own hands posters to welcome them, in the colors of the Brazilian flag.
For location of the residence, we chose Heybeliada for our guests. Heybeliada has historically been a residence of artists and intellectuals of Istanbul.
With the team, we celebrated our first night at the island and in Istanbul.
